KSS Immersion Schools, Inc. is a rapidly growing education company based in the San Francisco Bay Area whose mission is to bring its world class language immersion programs to as many families as possible. We believe that the gift of language at an early age and the extraordinary benefits that bilingualism brings to early learners is invaluable. KSS currently has two brands operating and actively expanding throughout the Bay Area; Shu Ren International Schools and KSS Immersion Preschools.
School Brands
Shu Ren International School is an independent, co-educational day school with a campus in Berkeley, CA and another coming soon to San Jose, CA for students in Pre-K through 5th grade. We offer a dual-immersion education in Chinese and English centered around an inquiry-based (IB), transdisciplinary curriculum framework. Shu Ren provides an academically rigorous but fun environment where children are nurtured to become independent, open-minded, and enthusiastic lifelong learners.
KSS Immersion Preschools has been the premier Spanish immersion preschool option for families in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 15 years. Our unique approach creates an amazing environment where the results achieved are truly stunning! Not only in Spanish language fluency, but in the critical social, emotional, and foundational learning skills that create enthusiastic and successful life-long learners!
Philosophy

Through our engaging, inquiry-based environment students reach their full academic potential and become caring, multilingual, and culturally literate global citizens. Multilingualism helps keep the cultural heritage of the family alive, and it provides preschoolers with personal and professional opportunities in the future.
